From the author: “In the course of my studies and work, I am indebted to the extensive support of my wife. Her unwavering ability to listen to my constant ramblings about matters relating to politics, religion, history and sociological concerns (in an ever-changing geopolitical climate) have been invaluable to me. I thank God for giving me the strength to persevere through the challenges I face in life and for the gift of my beautiful daughter. Angela and Clara, you are both the light of my life and the apple of my eye.”
